Members or subscribers: what is actually being sold here?

Telegram has two containers for an audience, and they are called different things in the German product. A group has members: everyone in it may write, everyone can see the member list, and the conversation runs in both directions. A channel has subscribers: there the operator page broadcasts, everyone else reads along, and anyone else listening stays hidden.

This page is the group page. It shows the stock that the panels list as members — 3,607 catalogue entries from 24 panels. Channel stock is listed separately on Telegram subscribers, because it is a different product category with its own prices and its own offer situation, not just a different word.

In the German-speaking trade the difference blurs almost everywhere. The shops that lead this search sell "members" and mean the channel in the same paragraph; one offers channel members, another group members, and the product tiles look the same. We separate the two because the catalogues separate them, and because in a group you buy something different from what you buy in a channel.

The practical difference is visibility. In a group anyone can open and scroll the member list; in a channel nobody can. What is bought into a group is therefore openly visible to every participant, profile pictures, names and the question why none of them ever writes anything included.

Group and channel side by side

Both columns describe Telegram products, not providers. The rows are the reason we run two pages instead of one.

Is it worth buying group members?

First the part that sales pages leave out: Telegram has no recommendation algorithm. There is no feed that sorts posts by popularity, and no distribution that kicks in because a number rises. On Instagram or TikTok the bought metric is at least an attempt to feed a machine. Here that machine does not exist.

So an order buys exactly one thing: the number at the top of the group. It buys no reach, no interaction and no place in a recommendation. Anyone who needs that number needs it as a backdrop — and for that it can actually be enough, because joining an empty group is a decision many people never make.

The guide among the top results for this search advises against it, and on the substance it is right. The metric it hinges on is not the member count but the ratio of members to views per post — and exactly that ratio gets worse with every order, because the bought accounts read nothing. We do not argue against this in order to broker orders.

Where the purchase most often ends up in the German-speaking space anyway is a specific environment: trading and crypto channels, signal groups, sales teams with a Telegram community. There the member count is part of the sales pitch against the next prospect, and that is why it gets bought. Anyone working in that environment should know that the others do it too, and that the number therefore says little.

What the panels also do not mention: in a group a member count is checkable. Anyone who opens the list sees accounts without a picture, without history and with machine-like names, and that impression cannot be ordered. In a channel it would at least stay hidden — one of the reasons why the two product categories do not substitute for each other.

How members actually get into a group

There are two technical routes into a group, and they differ more than the ordering process suggests. The first is joining via an invite link: an account opens the link and joins. The second is being added by someone who is already inside — and Telegram has put that option, in the privacy settings, into the hands of every user.

That setting is the reason why adding foreign accounts barely works in practice any more. Anyone who has restricted it cannot be added by uninvolved parties, and the order runs into nothing. What remains is the route via the link, and the link is used by whoever gets paid for it or does not decide for themselves at all because they are a program.

That makes the quality question in this category more precise than elsewhere. The dividing line is not "real or bot" but: is there a human behind the account who at some point does something other than join? The catalogues use levels and words for this, and we translate them into comparable quality tiers — they remain self-declarations by the sellers, and we say so.

On speed Telegram is less conspicuous than other networks, for a simple reason: there is no curve anyone publishes. Staggered delivery is still worthwhile, because a jump from two digits to four within an hour is noticed by any participant who opens the group twice that day. Start time and daily output are listed as fields on the offer, insofar as the panel reports them.

Attrition has its own mechanics here as well. A member can leave the group — voluntarily, through a clean-up by Telegram against spam accounts, or because a long-unused account is deleted by the platform itself. All three routes lower the count again, and none of them appears in a catalogue field. What the catalogue does state is the promise to top up — see below.

How the comparison is put together

How we read, classify and convert catalogues — and what this comparison cannot do: Method.

Data as of 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC; the oldest contributing catalogue extract is decisive.

Involved are Cloutsy, FiveBBC, DripFeedPanel, SMMFlare, YTBot, APISeller, Auto SMM Panel, FansSuply, JungleSMM, Marketerum, SMMExclusive, Stream-Promotion, SMM-1, CrazyPanel, JingleSMM, Solid SMM, InstantPanel, PureSMM, FullSMM, MagnetBoosting, MegaVirality, SMMShiba, SMMTalk, SocNet and Viewsta. The stated date is set by Cloutsy as the oldest extract — the newer extracts do not move it forward, because a figure cannot be more current than its oldest component.

Between two extracts the catalogue does not stand still. Since 31/10/2026, 142 entries in this scope have a different base price than before, of which 1 upward and 141 downward; 0 rows have been newly added and 0 have disappeared from the catalogues. The date given is the oldest of these earlier extracts, so that the row does not claim a freshness that its slowest component does not have.

The comparison covers only the panels that have a second extract at all; their number is 24 and is not the number of indexed panels, because a newly added house has no history yet. As long as that second extract is missing, nothing is shown here — a zero would mean "nothing has moved", and that is a measurement, not a gap.

Some of these panels sell the same goods. Measured across all catalogues in the index — not only the Telegram section of this page — the largest share of one catalogue of MagnetBoosting is found again at MegaVirality: 100 %. The direction is part of the statement, because the reverse share is a different number. For you this means: two offers with different names can share the same supply chain, and the price difference is then the margin, not the goods.

What the price really tells you

For Telegram members the reliable base price in the index starts at 0.009 € per 1.000 units, with the middle of the field at 2.34 €. Both figures are purchase prices at wholesale level and not what a German-speaking sales page charges for them.

Telegram members sit in the lower range of what the index knows of prices overall. That is no accident: joining via a link is the cheapest process an account can carry out, and it leaves no trace anyone could check afterwards. It gets more expensive exactly where a promise makes the goods scarcer — country of origin, retention period, accounts with history.

A low base price is nevertheless a low final price only if your quantity fits the entry. The top of the sort regularly has a row whose minimum order lies above what a small group needs.

What is on none of the leading sales pages: these catalogues are the upstream stage. The price of a German-speaking product tile contains language, payment processing, liability and advertising — all genuine services, but a markup on a catalogue entry and not the goods themselves.

Minimum quantity and increment step decide whether a cheap base price applies to you at all. The smallest orderable quantity in the scope is 1 units, and the number of offers that can only be ordered in fixed multiples rather than in any quantity is 4. Anyone who needs an odd number therefore won't find it in every row — and because the base price is quoted per 1.000 units, a large minimum order pushes the amount actually payable far beyond what the row promises at first glance.

Promise in the title, field in the API

Every catalogue entry carries two kinds of statement from the same API. The name holds the sales arguments: refill window, daily output, start time, country of origin, quality tier, often in brackets and with symbols. Alongside them are sober fields that say whether refill, dripfeed and cancellation are technically provided for. The name describes the offer, the field the ordering path.

Refill means something different for members than for a passive metric. If someone leaves a group, they are not brought back — the top-up is made with other accounts from the same source. The promise therefore reads: the number is refilled within a period. It does not read: nobody stays away.

The most common pattern in the stock is a refill window in the name with a refill field that is not set. As a rule this does not mean the replacement delivery does not exist — it means you cannot trigger it yourself, but must register it through the panel's support, with everything that entails: language, response time, proof.

For the selection the other direction is more useful. The number of offers in scope where the panel itself reports the refill field as set is 473, and there the replenishment runs without a ticket. That is exactly what you can filter on — we show where refill really is automatic.

How well a panel's support works we do not assess; that could only be checked with test orders, and we do not place those. What we show is the question before it: whether you need it at all for a promised service.

How long the top-up is promised

How long top-ups are provided is stated in the offer name: as a period in days, as an open-ended promise, as an explicit no, or not at all. We read the statement from every title in this class. It is the seller's promise, not a measurement of your group's stock — how many accounts are still on the list after two weeks is known only to whoever ordered and counted.

That is why the number of silent entries always sits alongside. For Telegram members the number of entries with a period in days is 1,562, that of promises without an expiry date 68, that of explicit refusals 258 — and that of entries that say nothing about refill 1,719. Together the four groups cover the stock of this page completely; their sum is 3,607. The last group belongs in every statement about the other three, otherwise silence reads like a refusal.

For members, what the promise means has to be kept in mind: what is topped up is the number, not the person. Whoever leaves the group does not come back; another account from the same source arrives. The number of entries promising at least 30 days is 1,209, the number with at least one year is 163. In both tiers the open-ended promises are counted, because a promise without an expiry outlasts any period — a tiering that left them out would calculate the strongest promises in the catalogue smaller than they are. The tiers therefore cannot be added up: the longer one is wholly contained in the shorter.

Whether the top-up can be triggered by itself is shown only by the refill field: the number of offers in scope where the panel reports it through its own API is 473. The window states what is promised; the field states who triggers it.

The median of the windows with a day count is 30 Tage. Open-ended promises are not part of this calculation, because they cannot be sorted in as a day figure without inventing something.

German members: named or implied

"German members" is a frequent wish in this category and one of the murkiest labels in the whole stock. Two different things are sold under it: offers that explicitly name Germany as the target country, and offers that give a region in which Germany happens to fall. We keep the two apart — 3 entries in the index name Germany itself.

The second, larger set covers Germany only through a regional statement, usually Europe. For a German-speaking group that is a noticeable difference, and that is why it is a separate filter for us and not a shared number.

In a group a wrong origin weighs more than in a channel, because the names are visible. A community that discusses in German and a member list in which hardly a name fits that picture visibly do not match for every participant — and that is noticed sooner than any number at the top of the group.

A "Worldwide" label does not count as a country promise for us. It describes the absence of a restriction, not the presence of German accounts. And even with an explicitly German label, verifiability ends at the catalogue row: where an account actually sits appears in no field.

Rules, risks and payment

Telegram deals with bought metrics differently from the large advertising platforms. Its terms of service are aimed mainly at spam, mass sending and fraudulent content; an explicit rule against purchased members in the way Instagram or YouTube phrase it is not the core there. Enforcement instead targets the supplying side: accounts that join en masse are restricted or removed as spam accounts.

For you that means a different risk profile, not a lower one. The group itself is rarely penalised for the purchase; the bought accounts vanish in waves instead, and what remains is a number that falls. If a group is reported over content — which regularly happens in the context of financial signals — an oddly composed member list is not a helpful starting point for the review.

Legally, placing the order is not a criminal offence in Germany. However, anyone who presents bought member figures as a genuine community in business dealings — towards advertising clients, investors or subscribers of a paid offer — moves into competition law and no longer just platform rules. This paragraph is not legal advice.

Payment is made to the panel, not to us. The usual arrangement is a credit account: you load an amount and order from it. Which payment a panel accepts it decides itself; in the Telegram environment crypto routes are more common than elsewhere, which practically reduces the recoverability of your money to zero. Start small and prefer routes that allow a reversal.

No panel needs your password or access to your account. For a group the public invite link or the username is enough. Any request to hand over credentials or a login code is a reason to stop — and in this environment the login code is the most common scheme for taking over an account.

Outgoing links to the panels are partner links. That changes nothing about the order: sorting is by the calculated price, before any link exists, and panels without a partner programme appear in the same list with an ordinary link.

What works instead

Because Telegram does not recommend, organic growth works differently here than in the networks with a feed. New members almost always come from outside: via a link placed where someone is already watching, via a post forwarded into another group, or via a participant's recommendation. That is more laborious than an order, but it is the only route that ends with people who actually read along.

The paid, rule-compliant route is advertising where your audience already is — ads in other channels, placements with operators with a matching audience, or Telegram's own advertising platform. More expensive per contact, but without accounts that never read anything.

And the counter-check, because it belongs to honesty: bought members are easier to spot in a group than on almost any other network. The list is open, the accounts have no history, and the ratio of member count to views per post sits visibly beside it for everyone. Anyone who uses that number as an argument should expect the other side to check it.

Frequently asked questions

What do 1.000 Telegram members cost wholesale?

At wholesale level the reliable base prices for Telegram members start at 0.009 € per 1.000 units, with the middle at 2.34 €. What a German-speaking sales page asks lies above that and is not part of this evaluation. Whether your quantity fits the row's minimum order additionally decides the final price.

What is the difference between members and subscribers?

A group has members, a channel has subscribers. In the group everyone may write and every participant sees the member list; in the channel only the operator page broadcasts and the list stays hidden. The panels list both as separate service types with very different offer situations, which is why channel stock has its own page with us.

Do bought members bring more reach?

No. Telegram does not sort posts by popularity and does not recommend groups based on their size. A higher member count therefore creates no additional distribution, only a higher number at the top of the group. What it changes is people's willingness to join a group that does not look empty.

Do bought members stay in the group permanently?

As a rule not completely. Accounts leave the group, are restricted by Telegram as spam accounts, or are deleted by the platform after long inactivity. That is why almost every row in this category promises a refill window. Whether you can trigger that replacement yourself is not stated by the title, but by the refill field of the API.

Can my group be blocked because of bought members?

The group itself is rarely hit; Telegram acts mainly against the joining spam accounts, which then disappear again. A risk remains nonetheless: if the group is reported and reviewed for other reasons, a member list full of accounts without history is no good starting point. The risk in any case lies with the operator page, not with the panel.

Will I get German Telegram members?

You get what the panel labels as German. 3 entries in the index name Germany explicitly; further ones give a region in which Germany falls, which is something else and is kept separate with us. Where an account actually sits cannot be read from a catalogue — not even by us.

Do other participants see that members were bought?

They can check. Unlike a channel, a group's member list is open to participants: profile pictures, names and the question why none of them ever writes stand right beside it. Added to that is the ratio of member count to views per post, which cannot be ordered along with it.

How quickly are Telegram members delivered?

Start time and daily output are listed as fields on the offer, insofar as the panel reports them. Deliveries within hours to a few days are usual; the staggered variant usually costs somewhat more. It is nevertheless the less conspicuous choice, because a jump in the member count is noticed by anyone who opens the group twice a day.

How old are the prices on this page?

They come from the catalogue extracts dated 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC. The oldest contributing extract is always stated, so that no figure looks fresher than it is. The catalogues move several times a day, because panels add and remove rows.
