How prices are created

  • Prices directly from the panels' catalogue interfaces, as of 31/10/2026. Converted at the ECB rate rate of 30/10/2026; the panels list their prices in US dollars.
  • Each price is calculated for your quantity. The ranking is by price — partner links do not change it.
  • Panels on the shitlist are excluded from answers and selection.
  • ✓ green: confirmed by the panel API. Everything else only appears in the panel's title.

What counts as a view on TikTok?

A view is recorded as soon as a video's playback starts. On TikTok it starts without any action: in the For You feed every video begins playing as soon as it moves into view, and it keeps playing until someone swipes on. That is why the view is the unit these catalogues have the most of, and also one of the cheapest of all — it requires no decision from anyone.

That sets it apart from every other number under a video. A like, a comment and a share all require a tap; a view only requires that the video was played. Placing the numbers side by side compares two different things: a quantity of plays and a quantity of decisions.

Livestream viewers are not meant here. That is a separate product with its own catalogue rows, its own price level, and a delivery that has to fall within the broadcast window rather than afterwards; it is covered under TikTok live viewers. If you are looking for visible reactions under the video, TikTok likes or TikTok comments are the more accurate fit.

The same panel catalogues also list views for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. These are separate services with their own prices, and a row from another network is neither orderable nor comparable here.

Is buying views worth it?

The top results for this search are shops and guides that link to shops. Most quote a price for a package, none states a minimum quantity, and none checks whether the promises in the offer text are backed by the fields of the ordering interface. That is exactly what is set out here: 2,646 orderable entries from 24 panel catalogues, with base price, quantity limits and date.

There is more to say about the effect than sales pages admit. TikTok distributes a video step by step to ever larger groups and measures how it lands — above all by how many watch it to the end and how many do something afterwards. All of these quantities are rates, and in each of them the view sits in the denominator.

That turns the usual sales argument around. Ordered views enlarge the denominator without moving the numerator; the completion rate and the interaction rate fall on paper, even though nothing about the video has changed. For a video that is already playing, an order is therefore riskier than for one nobody sees.

What remains is the case where the number itself is the product: as a backdrop under a video that otherwise looks empty, or as proof to someone who looks at view counts. That is an honest description of what this goods is good for — and more explicit than any sales page phrases it.

For your own analysis the purchase has a cost that does not appear in the catalogue. Once part of the views is ordered, the reach in your statistics no longer measures anything you could steer, and the share cannot be filtered out afterwards.

How the comparison is made

How we read, classify and convert catalogues — and what this comparison cannot do: Method.

Data date 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC; the oldest contributing catalogue extract is authoritative. View rows are the most frequently renamed product group in these catalogues, and older prices are especially quick to become wrong here.

Involved are Cloutsy, FiveBBC, DripFeedPanel, SMMFlare, YTBot, APISeller, Auto SMM Panel, FansSuply, JungleSMM, Marketerum, SMMExclusive, Stream-Promotion, SMM-1, CrazyPanel, JingleSMM, Solid SMM, InstantPanel, PureSMM, FullSMM, MagnetBoosting, MegaVirality, SMMShiba, SMMTalk, SocNet and Viewsta. The date shown is set by Cloutsy as the oldest extract; the newer extracts do not move it forward.

The catalogue does not stand still between two extracts. Since 31/10/2026, 6 entries in this scope have a different base price than before, of which 0 upward and 6 downward; 1 rows have been newly added and 0 have disappeared from the catalogues. The date given is the oldest of these earlier extracts, so that the line does not claim a freshness that its slowest component does not have.

Comparison covers only the panels that have a second extract at all; their number is 24 and is not the number of indexed panels, because a newly added house has no history yet. As long as this second extract is missing, nothing is shown here — a zero would mean "nothing has moved", which is a measurement and not a gap.

What the price actually tells you

For TikTok views the reliable base price in the index starts at 0.0009 € per 1.000 units, the middle of the field is 0.16 €; the lowest value is currently held by JingleSMM. All three figures are purchase prices at wholesale level and not what a German-language sales page charges for it.

Views are among the cheapest goods in the TikTok inventory, and the gap between the lowest and the median base price is larger here than in any other class on this platform. That is not a market gap but a statement about the product: the supplier does not have to produce a decision, only a playback.

At the lower end therefore stands the goods that can least be said about. The cheapest base price of a class is always a row and not a panel, and in this class more lies between the cheapest and the median row than elsewhere. Anyone who takes the median as a guide rather than the minimum is closer to what they actually pay for views.

A low base price only becomes a low final price once your quantity fits the entry anyway. Precisely the cheapest rows sit behind large minimum orders and maximum quantities that are out of the question for a small order.

  • Zero prices appear in the raw catalogues, but they are not prices — they are almost always placeholder or test entries from the panels. In this scope there are 7 such rows; they feed into no minimum, median or from-figure.
  • The euro amount shown is derived from the catalogue's dollar price at a rate of 0.8951 euro per dollar, as of 30/10/2026. The dollar value remains visible on the offer so that you can recalculate with your own rate.

When the quantity limit is not a limit

The second anomaly of this class lies not in the price but in the quantities: 822 entries state a minimum or maximum quantity that is a technical placeholder rather than an orderable size — usually the largest value the field can hold. For views this is more frequent than in any other TikTok class, because suppliers here effectively know no upper limit.

For the comparison this means two things. We keep displaying such rows, but do not present them as a real order limit, and a sort by "largest quantity" would otherwise push exactly these placeholders to the top. And for you it means: what a panel can actually deliver is in these cases not in the field, but only shows up when you place the order.

Minimum quantity and increment

The smallest orderable quantity across all priceable view rows is 1 units. There is nothing lower than that, regardless of how cheap a row looks.

0 entries in the index sell exclusively in fixed multiples and therefore accept no odd quantity. Both appear as fields on the offer and help decide whether a low base price applies to your order at all.

Promise in the title, field in the interface

For views, refill is the weakest of all promises, and that is worth saying up front. What TikTok removes from the counter after its own review does not return through a re-delivery — the re-delivered plays go through the same review. A recycling symbol in the title says more about the panel's supplier than about the result under your video.

Nevertheless each entry carries two kinds of statement, and separating them is half the comparison. The name holds the sales arguments: refill window, daily output, start time, country of origin, quality tier. Alongside them are sober fields that say whether refill, dripfeed and cancellation are technically provided for. The name describes the offer, the field describes the ordering route.

The useful direction is the positive one: the number of offers that their panel itself reports as refill-capable is 171 in this class — the interface lists the refill field and reports it as set. There a re-delivery can be initiated without a ticket, and that is exactly what can be filtered for.

In the opposite direction stands a refill window in the name with a refill field that is not set. As a rule this does not mean the re-delivery does not exist — it means you cannot trigger it yourself and have to register it with the panel's support. Filtering and sorting therefore follow the field.

Quality claims such as "real viewers", "HQ" or "Non Drop" remain the seller's self-declarations. We translate them into comparable tiers and note that they are claims. Whether a human sat behind a playback is stated in no catalogue field — and for a video that starts on its own, the difference between human and script is technically smaller than for any other metric.

Does the offer name Germany?

Even in the view inventory, offers carry country notes, and behind them lie two different statements. An entry can explicitly name Germany as the target country, or it can state a region in which Germany is included. We keep the two separate — the number of entries that explicitly name Germany in this class is 8.

The second, larger group covers Germany only through a regional label, for example a Europe designation. Because that is a different promise, it sits with us behind a different filter and not in the same figure.

For videos, origin has a consequence beyond the price. TikTok draws conclusions from the audience a video is shown to about whom to show it to next. If the origin of the delivered views does not match the language of the video, further distribution shifts to where no one understands what is said — a cheap view from an arbitrary country is then not merely ineffective but works against the video.

A "Worldwide" label does not count as a country promise. It describes the absence of a restriction, not the presence of German viewers, and it is not counted as a match for a Germany query.

Rules, risks and payment

TikTok expressly prohibits artificial interaction in its guidelines and terms of use. Enforcement happens within the product: views are removed from the counter, repeat cases reduce distribution, and persistent cases lead to an account ban. Ordering is not a criminal offence in Germany, but it is a breach of contract, and the risk falls on the account holder.

The ranking of risks in this class is, however, different from buying followers. Views attach to the video, not to the account; the most common consequence is therefore that a single video is distributed less, not that the profile disappears. That does not make the order compliant, but it changes what is at stake.

Payment is made to the panel and not to us. Usually there is a balance account: you load an amount and order from it. Which payment methods exist and how a reversal is handled is decided by the panel; for business customers we additionally count who issues an invoice — that is 2 of 24 panels in the index.

A panel never needs your password. For views the video's public address is sufficient, and the account must be public for that. Any request to enter access credentials is a reason to abort, regardless of the price.

Outbound links to the panels are partner links. This changes nothing about the order: sorting is by calculated price, before any link exists at all.

Frequently asked questions

What do 1.000 TikTok views cost wholesale?

At wholesale level the reliable base prices for TikTok views start at 0.0009 € per 1.000 units, with the middle of the field at 0.16 €. What a German-language sales page charges is above that and is not part of this evaluation. Whether your quantity fits the minimum order and increment also determines the final price.

Are views and livestream viewers the same thing?

No, and the catalogues treat them separately too. A view counts the playback of a recorded video and can be delivered at any time; a livestream viewer has to be present during the broadcast. Price level, quantity limits and delivery logic therefore differ — the corresponding offers are listed under TikTok live viewers.

How quickly is delivery made?

Start time and daily output appear as fields on the offer, provided the panel reports them. An immediate start and a delivery spread over days are both common. On TikTok the timing weighs more heavily than elsewhere, because a video's distribution is decided early and a late delivery falls into a phase where it no longer triggers anything.

Do purchased views drop out again?

This happens, and from two directions. TikTok checks playbacks and removes invalid ones afterwards; independently of that, the panel's delivery may fail to arrive. A refill window in the title only covers the second case, and even then only if you can trigger the re-delivery yourself.

Do I need support if something is missing?

That depends on the refill field. If the interface reports it, you request a re-delivery yourself; if the promise appears only in the title, the route goes through the panel's support. How quickly they respond we do not rate — that could only be checked with test orders.

Why is the maximum quantity unrealistically large for some offers?

Because there is no real value there but a placeholder: the largest value the field can hold. Such rows remain visible but are not treated by us as a real order limit and do not gain a sort by quantity.

Does my account have to be public?

For ordering, yes. The panel needs the publicly reachable address of the video, and a private account does not supply it. Nobody needs your password; a request for it is a reason to abort.

How current are the prices on this page?

They come from the catalogue extracts dated 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC. The oldest contributing extract is always the one shown, so that no figure appears fresher than it is. The catalogues change several times a day.
