How prices are created

  • Prices directly from the panels' catalogue interfaces, as of 31/10/2026. Converted at the ECB rate rate of 30/10/2026; the panels list their prices in US dollars.
  • Each price is calculated for your quantity. The ranking is by price — partner links do not change it.
  • Panels on the shitlist are excluded from answers and selection.
  • ✓ green: confirmed by the panel API. Everything else only appears in the panel's title.

What is a purchased TikTok comment?

A comment is the only orderable metric on this platform where not just a number is delivered, but a text. Under the video, both then appear: the count in the right-hand column and the wording that every visitor can open and read.

Almost everything that sets this class apart from the others follows from that. A view, a like and a share are anonymous counters — they can be wrong, but they cannot be inappropriate. A comment can be both. It is the only merchandise in these catalogues whose faults a visitor notices without any prior knowledge.

In the catalogues, the class therefore splits into types that appear in the title rather than in fields: custom texts that you supply yourself, random texts from a supplier's pool, pure emoji comments and comments with a language specification. We list them all under comments, but show the specification on the offer, because it moves the price more than any technical field.

If you are looking for a number without text, TikTok likes or TikTok views are the better fit. The same panels also list comments for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook as separate services with their own prices.

What you decide before ordering

Unlike in any other class, here the price does not come first — the type does. A cheap base price for random texts and a high one for custom texts are not two offers for the same thing.

  1. 1

    Custom text or supplier pool

With custom texts you supply the comments line by line; what you wrote is what is delivered. With random texts the wording comes from a pool you cannot see beforehand — which is why generic English platitudes regularly turn up under German videos.

  2. 2

Set the language if it appears in the title

Some lines promise a language. That is a statement about the text, not about the accounts posting it; the market likes to sell both in one breath, but they are two different things.

  3. 3

    Weigh quantity against visibility

Comments are readable individually, so conspicuousness scales with quantity. A large order of random texts produces a comment column in which the repetition catches the eye immediately.

  4. 4

    Read quality claims as assertions

"Real users", "HQ" or "active profiles" appear in the name and in no field. We translate such claims into comparable tiers and note that they are self-declarations — verifiable are the price, quantity limits, start time and the technical fields.

  5. 5

Have the video address ready, never the password

The public address of the video is all an order needs. A panel never needs your login details; a request for them is a reason to abort, regardless of price.

Is it worth buying comments?

The results list for this search is a mix of shops and guides that point to shops, and it argues unanimously with the same point: comments are the strongest interaction signal. Almost all of them name prices, none names minimum quantities, and nobody checks whether the promises in the offer text are covered by the fields of the ordering interface. Here is what the data shows: 1,058 orderable entries from 23 panel catalogues, with base price, quantity limits and date.

There is something to the argument itself, and more so than with likes. A comment costs the author time, it keeps viewers on the video longer, and it sometimes generates replies — all things a platform can in principle measure. None of this can be verified from outside, so we do not adopt the claim.

What can be verified is the reverse side, and in this class it is harsher than elsewhere. The fault is readable. An English platitude under a German video, the same wording three times, praise for a product that does not appear in the video at all: these are the comment columns where a purchase becomes visible to every viewer, and they arise precisely where money was saved on price.

There remains one case in which the order is understandable: the first reaction under a video that otherwise sits with an empty comment column — the threshold at which someone would have to write first. For that, a few comments that fit the video are needed, not many that do not.

For your own analysis the same price applies as everywhere: a bought share of the comments makes any statement about which video genuinely triggered a reaction worthless.

How the comparison is made

How we read, classify and convert catalogues — and what this comparison cannot do: Method.

Data as of 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC; the binding date is that of the oldest contributing catalogue extract. In this class prices change less than the type labels — the same delivery often gets a different name in the next extract.

Involved are Cloutsy, FiveBBC, DripFeedPanel, SMMFlare, YTBot, APISeller, Auto SMM Panel, FansSuply, JungleSMM, Marketerum, SMMExclusive, Stream-Promotion, SMM-1, CrazyPanel, JingleSMM, Solid SMM, InstantPanel, PureSMM, FullSMM, MagnetBoosting, MegaVirality, SMMShiba, SMMTalk, SocNet and Viewsta. The stated date is set by Cloutsy as the oldest extract; the newer extracts do not move it forward.

Between two extracts the catalogue does not stand still. Since 31/10/2026, 22 entries in this scope have a different base price than before, of which 0 upward and 22 downward; 0 rows have been newly added and 0 have disappeared from the catalogues. The stated point in time is the oldest of these earlier extracts, so the row does not claim a freshness that its slowest component does not have.

Only panels that have a second extract are compared; their number is 23 and is not the number of indexed panels, because a newly added house has no history yet. As long as this second extract is missing, nothing appears here at all — a zero would mean "nothing has moved", and that is a measurement, not a gap.

What the price really tells you

For TikTok comments the reliable base price in the index starts at 0.02 € per 1.000 units, the middle of the field is 6.27 €; the lowest value is currently held by SocNet. All three figures are purchase prices at wholesale level, not what a German-speaking sales page charges for it.

Comments are the most expensive reaction merchandise in the TikTok inventory, and the gap to the median of neighbouring classes is considerable. That is no arbitrariness but the price of a text: a like costs the supplier one keystroke, a comment costs it wording, language and, at best, a connection to the video.

The spread within the class is even more revealing than the level. Between the cheapest and the mid base price lie worlds here, and the boundary runs almost exactly between random and custom texts. Anyone who sees the minimum and calculates with a custom text is reckoning with the price of a different product.

This gives the question of the cheapest provider in this class an uncomfortable answer: the cheapest line is almost always the one that produces the fault by which the purchase becomes visible. We nevertheless sort by price — but the type is shown on the offer, and without it the sorting cannot be read.

  • Zero prices are present in the raw catalogues but are not prices; they are almost always placeholder or test entries from the panels. In this scope we count 11 such rows; they feed into no minimum, median or from-figure.
  • Quantity limits recognisable as placeholders we count separately: 5 entries state a minimum or maximum quantity that is a technical value rather than an orderable size.
  • The stated euro amount is derived from the catalogue's dollar price at a rate of 0.8951 euro per dollar, as of 30/10/2026. The dollar value stays visible on the offer so you can recalculate with your own rate.

Minimum quantity and increment

The smallest orderable quantity across all price-capable comment rows is 1 units. In this class that is the practically most important number of all, because the sensible order quantity is small: a video needs the first reactions, not a full comment column.

0 entries in the index sell exclusively in fixed multiples. Both are stated as fields on the offer and help decide whether a low base price applies to your order at all.

Refill: why the field is almost empty here

In no other TikTok class is the refill situation so unambiguous as here, and the number already says it: the number of offers their panel itself reports as refill-capable is 46 — the interface carries the refill field and reports it as set. That is little, and it is no failing of the panels but a property of the merchandise.

A deleted comment cannot be replaced without a new text appearing. Where a refill for followers restores the same number, here it produces a new, visible row under the video — with different wording and at a different time. That is why most panels in this class sell no refill, and why such a promise in the title is to be read especially precisely here. As a rule this does not mean the refill does not exist — it means you cannot trigger it yourself and must register it with the panel's support. Filtering and sorting are therefore done by the field.

Language in the text, country in the field

With comments two details coincide that assert different things. A language specification in the title says something about the wording delivered. A country specification says something about the accounts posting it. German texts from accounts in any country are a completely normal product, and most offers on the market mean exactly that.

Our figure measures only the second statement: the number of comment entries that explicitly name Germany as target country is 20. A larger quantity covers Germany only via a regional specification, for instance a Europe tag; that is a different promise and sits behind a different filter with us.

For practical purposes the language specification is nevertheless the more important of the two — not because it promises more, but because it becomes visible. Under a German video every visitor reads in which language it was commented; where the account comes from, nobody sees. That is the one case in the whole catalogue in which the origin of the accounts matters less than what they write.

An "Worldwide" specification does not count as a country promise. It describes the absence of a restriction, not the presence of German accounts.

Rules, risks and payment

TikTok expressly prohibits artificial interaction in its guidelines, and comments fall under this like everything else. It is enforced in the product: comments are removed, supplying accounts are withdrawn, and on repeat offences distribution drops or a ban follows. Ordering is not a criminal offence in Germany, but it is a breach of contract, and the risk falls on the account holder.

A second risk is greater in this class than the first, and it appears in no platform rule: the bought text remains readable. No other product in these catalogues leaves a trace that every visitor can open — what goes wrong here goes wrong publicly and cannot be quietly corrected.

Legally a further layer comes in as soon as the comments advertise an offer. A paid text that looks like a customer's opinion is, in business dealings, a misleading statement — that is competition law and not merely a house rule of the platform. For the same reason we do not expand review services on any page; this paragraph is not legal advice.

Payment is made at the panel, not with us. Common is a credit account: you top it up and order from it. Which payment methods exist is decided by the panel; for business customers we additionally count who issues an invoice — that is 2 of 23 panels in the index.

Outbound links to the panels are partner links. This changes nothing about the order: sorting is done by calculated price, before any link exists at all.

Frequently asked questions

What do 1.000 TikTok comments cost wholesale?

At wholesale level the reliable base prices for TikTok comments start at 0.02 € per 1.000 units, the middle sits at 6.27 €. The gap between the two is especially large in this class, because random texts and custom texts sit within the same figure. What a German-speaking sales page asks lies above that and is not part of this evaluation.

Why should I buy TikTok comments?

The one reliable reason is the empty comment column: under a video on which nobody has written anything, the next visitor rarely writes first either. Everything beyond that — reach, distribution, trust — is claimed by the market, and cannot be verified from outside.

Can I specify my own texts?

Yes, some catalogues sell exactly that: you supply the comments line by line, and your wording is delivered. These lines cost noticeably more than those with random texts from the supplier's pool, and that difference is the whole difference in this class.

Are the comments from real accounts?

A catalogue field cannot tell you that. Labels such as "real", "active" or "HQ" appear in the name and are self-declarations by the seller; we translate them into comparable tiers and treat them as claims. What a visitor can judge immediately, by contrast, is the text itself.

Will I get German-language comments?

Some lines promise a language — that is a statement about the wording. Whether the accounts come from Germany is a second, independent detail, and we record it separately. For what is readable under your video, the first is what counts.

Are bought comments deleted again?

It happens: TikTok removes comments together with the accounts that posted them. A refill helps less here than elsewhere, because a replacement produces new texts instead of restoring the old ones. Where a refill window appears in the title but the field is not set, the route goes through the panel's support in any case.

How quickly is it delivered?

Start time and daily output appear as fields on the offer, provided the panel reports them. An immediate start is possible and rarely sensible here: comments appearing in a minute-by-minute sequence are recognisable as a group. Staggered delivery is the suitable setting.

How current are the prices on this page?

They come from catalogue extracts dated 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC. The oldest contributing extract is always the one shown, so that no figure appears fresher than it is. The catalogues change several times a day.
