How prices are created

  • Prices directly from the panels' catalogue interfaces, as of 31/10/2026. Converted at the ECB rate rate of 30/10/2026; the panels list their prices in US dollars.
  • Each price is calculated for your quantity. The ranking is by price — partner links do not change it.
  • Panels on the shitlist are excluded from answers and selection.
  • ✓ green: confirmed by the panel API. Everything else only appears in the panel's title.

Is buying worthwhile?

For most profiles the honest answer is: rather not. Dead accounts, falling engagement and distorted analytics are real downsides — marketing institutes, agencies and software providers name them rightly, and we do not dispute that in order to sell offers.

What most guides on this topic lack are numbers. They describe the market without measuring it: no prices, no quantities, no check of the promises. This page does exactly that. For Instagram followers there are 6,195 orderable catalogue entries from 24 panels, and what they cost, how they are labelled and where title and API field diverge is set out below, dated.

Soberly considered, a bought number is only worth something where the number itself is the product — as a starting signal for an empty profile, as a backdrop for a pitch. As soon as the reach is supposed to become revenue, the purchase works against you: followers without interest deliver no engagement, and because Instagram distributes content by interaction rate, organic reach falls with every inactive account on the list.

The second unpleasant effect is quieter. Your own statistics become unusable. Open rates, audience reports, every conclusion drawn about age or country then refers to a base that is partly made up of dead accounts — and this error cannot be cleanly calculated out again, because you do not know which accounts were bought.

If you order anyway, do so at least knowing the prices, the minimum quantities and the places where the offer text promises more than the API can actually trigger. That is what the rest of this page is for. It is not a recommendation.

How the comparison is made

How we read, classify and convert catalogues — and what this comparison cannot do: Method.

Data as of 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC; decisive is the oldest contributing catalogue extract. Panel catalogues change several times a day, older figures in this niche are quickly wrong.

Involved are Cloutsy, FiveBBC, DripFeedPanel, SMMFlare, YTBot, APISeller, Auto SMM Panel, FansSuply, JungleSMM, Marketerum, SMMExclusive, Stream-Promotion, SMM-1, CrazyPanel, JingleSMM, Solid SMM, InstantPanel, PureSMM, FullSMM, MagnetBoosting, MegaVirality, SMMShiba, SMMTalk, SocNet and Viewsta. The stated date is set by Cloutsy as the oldest extract — the fresher panels do not move it forward, because a figure cannot be more current than its oldest component.

Between two extracts the catalogue does not stand still. Since 31/10/2026, 161 entries in this scope have a different base price than before, of which 0 upwards and 161 downwards; 0 rows have been newly added and 0 have disappeared from the catalogues. The stated point in time is the oldest of these earlier extracts, so that the row does not claim a freshness that its slowest component does not have.

The comparison covers only panels that have a second extract at all; their number is 24 and is not the number of indexed panels, because a newly added house has no history yet. As long as this second extract is missing, nothing is shown here — a zero would mean "nothing has moved", and that is a measurement, not a gap.

What the price really tells you

For Instagram followers the solid base price in the index starts at 0.04 € per 1.000 units; the middle of the range is 4.61 €. Both figures come from the panel catalogues and are purchase prices at wholesale level — not what a German-speaking sales page charges for them.

The gap between the lowest and the middle base price is the actual information. At the very bottom are mass offers without any promise, in the middle what an average entry costs, and at the top offers with origin and quality claims whose premium cannot be justified by the catalogue alone.

A low base price is also only a low final price if your quantity fits the entry. Many of the cheapest rows only start at large order sizes; for a small order they are not available and therefore do not appear at all in the sorting for that quantity. That is precisely why there is a quantity field at the top and not a package list.

Anyone who knows the prices of German-speaking shops sees a clearly different order of magnitude here. That is no proof of fraud: the shop carries payment processing, language, liability and advertising. It only shows how much of its price is margin on a catalogue entry that you see directly here.

  • Zero prices appear in the raw catalogues, but they are not prices — almost always placeholder or test entries from the panels. In this scope there are 18 such rows; they feed into no minimum, median or "from" figure and are nevertheless not removed from the catalogue.
  • 2 entries state quantity limits that are technical placeholders rather than orderable sizes. They remain in the list but do not count as a real order limit.
  • The euro amount shown is derived from the dollar price of the catalogue at a rate of 0.8951 euro per dollar, as of 30/10/2026. The dollar value remains visible on the offer so that you can recalculate with your own rate.

Offer text vs. API field

Follower offers carry their sales arguments in the name: brackets with refill windows, daily output, start time, country of origin, quality tier. Alongside, the same interface supplies sober fields — whether refill, dripfeed and cancellation are technically provided for. The name describes the offer, the field describes the ordering route.

These two sides often diverge. The most common pattern is a refill symbol with a day count in the name alongside a refill field set to false. The same gap exists for dripfeed and cancellation, but there it is far rarer.

This is not resolved. Filtering and sorting follow the field, because only the field says something reliable about the ordering route; the statement from the title stands beside it, with a note on what it practically means — usually: the service exists, but you obtain it via the panel's support rather than at the press of a button. For selection the other direction is more useful: the number of offers that their panel itself reports as refillable is 1,758 in the index; these can be re-requested without a ticket.

Quality statements such as "real profiles", "HQ" or "Non Drop" remain self-declarations. We translate them into comparable tiers so that offers can be set side by side, and note that they are claims. Whether a human stands behind an account cannot be read from any catalogue field — the distinction between real and fake does not take place in the data available to us.

What can very well be read off is the speed. Information on daily output and start time sits structured on the offer, and it is the reason why a delivery runs over days rather than minutes. Anyone who orders and expects the full quantity immediately has overlooked the staging in the offer text.

Refill, drop and guarantees

Bought followers disappear again. Instagram clears accounts in waves, and what is counted today is partly gone within a few weeks — this attrition is called drop in the catalogues and is the reason refill exists at all.

A refill window is the promise to top up once within a deadline. The catalogues state very different deadlines for this, from a few days to "lifetime". The important reading: it is no substitute for attrition after the deadline has expired, and it is also no promise that nothing falls away.

"Non Drop" is the strongest of these claims and the hardest to verify. The catalogue only shows that it appears in the name — whether it holds only becomes apparent weeks after an order, and this comparison does not place orders.

For that reason we do not treat a refill statement in the name without a matching field as a guarantee, but as a promise by a detour: it runs via support, not via the ordering process. Anyone who depends on plannable top-ups filters specifically for offers with the refill field set — and not for the recycling symbol in the title.

How long top-ups run: the promises in the stock

How long an offer tops up is stated in the offer name — as a deadline in days, as a lifetime promise, as an explicit no, or not at all. We read this statement from every title and count it across the stock of this page. What emerges is a collection of the seller's promises and not a measurement of what remains: nobody has ordered and recounted here. Before ordering it is nevertheless the most reliable answer to the question of what stays — it says what the panel itself commits to.

That is why the number of silent entries always stands alongside. For Instagram followers the number of entries with a deadline in days is 3,411, that of promises without an expiry date 307, that of explicit refusals 1,345 — and that of entries that say nothing about refill 1,143. Together the four groups cover the stock of this page completely; their sum is 6,206. The last group is usually the largest, and without it the rest of the catalogue reads like a weaker promise, although there is none at all there.

An explicit no is something other than silence. Whoever writes "No Refill" into the title has answered the question; whoever writes nothing has left it open — and a query to support can turn out differently in both cases than the title suggests.

For the question of what still stands after a month, the tiering counts, not the individual case. The number of entries promising at least 30 days is 3,627, the number of those with at least one year 964. In both tiers the lifetime promises are included, because a promise without expiry outlasts any deadline — a tiering that left them out would count the strongest promises in the catalogue smaller than they are. The tiers therefore cannot be added: the longer one is contained completely in the shorter one.

The window says what is promised; the refill field of the interface says whether you can trigger it yourself. Both answer a different question and are kept separate here: the number of offers for which the panel reports the top-up via its own interface is 1,758, and only there does it run without a ticket. A long window without a set field is not an empty promise, but one with a detour via support.

How long the time-limited promises typically run is shown by their middle: the median of the windows with a day statement is 30 Tage. Lifetime promises are left out of this calculation, and that is no convenience — a median over a set in which "unlimited" is sorted in would have to define how many days "forever" counts as, and any answer to that would be invented. They therefore stand as a separate figure alongside instead of within this one.

Country targeting

"German followers" is the most expensive wish in this niche and the most unclearly labelled. Two different things are sold under it: offers that explicitly name Germany as the target country, and offers that state a region in which Germany occurs. We keep both apart — 73 entries in the index name Germany itself.

The second, larger set reaches Germany only as part of a wider area, for example via a Europe label. For a campaign that expects German-language comments, that is a difference of substance, and that is why for us it is a separate filter rather than a shared figure.

A "Worldwide" statement does not count here as a country commitment. It says that there is no restriction, not that German accounts are delivered — as a hit for a Germany query it is therefore not counted.

And even with an explicitly German label, our verifiability ends at the catalogue row. Whether German-speaking profiles ultimately arrive is a promise by the panel, which we pass on and cannot confirm.

Risks and limits

Meta expressly prohibits artificial interaction in its terms of use. It is enforced not in court but in the product: silent removal of the accounts, throttled distribution, in stubborn cases a block of the profile. Buying is not a crime in Germany because of this, but it is a breach of contract — and the risk lies with the account holder.

In a commercial context a second level is added. Whoever presents bought figures as genuine popularity moves into the area of misleading advertising, and that is a matter for competition law, not for platform rules. This paragraph is not legal advice.

Payment is made to the panel, not to us. Payment routes, reversal and support lie entirely there, and because we place no orders we can say nothing reliable about any of these points. The usual precautions apply: do not hand over a password, start small, and use only payment routes that allow a chargeback.

A panel never requires your Instagram password. For followers the public profile name is sufficient. Any request to enter access data is, regardless of the price, a reason to stop.

Outgoing links to the panels are partner links. They change nothing about the order: sorting is by the calculated price, before any link is built at all, and panels without a partner programme stand in the same list with an ordinary link.

How bought followers give themselves away

From outside, a purchase is rarely recognised by the individual account, but by the ratio. A profile with a large follower count and conspicuously few reactions per post stands out to anyone who looks at such figures professionally — and advertising partners do so first.

The second pattern is the course over time. Organic growth runs irregularly; an order produces a step that stays visible in every trend chart. That is exactly why the panels sell staggered delivery: it smooths the step, it does not remove it.

Third, the composition. Accounts without a profile picture, without posts, with generic names and an origin that does not fit the language of the profile are the usual picture. With explicitly German-labelled goods this is rarer, but a label is precisely a promise and not proof.

And finally Instagram itself notices — there signals converge that nobody sees from outside. That is why the practical question is not whether it is noticed, but by whom, and with what consequence.

What works instead

This is not a guide to organic growth. For completeness, nonetheless the classification, because it belongs to the price question.

The compliant route to reach via money is the platform's own advertising. It costs many times more per account reached, but violates no rule, is accountable and delivers audience data that is accurate. Anyone with an advertising budget honestly compares with this option and not just between panels.

The route without money is slow and hard to predict in its effect, but lasting: content for a nameable audience, regular publishing, replies in the comments. None of this can be ordered, and none of it falls away again after two weeks.

Buying sits between the two and has the shortest benefit. If it nevertheless comes into question, then as a one-off backdrop with a clear purpose — and then please with the prices stated above, not with those of a sales page.

Frequently asked questions

What does buying 1.000 Instagram followers really cost?

From the base price of the catalogue entry, calculated to your quantity, and from the premium of whichever provider you ultimately order from. At wholesale level the solid base prices for Instagram followers start at 0.04 € per 1.000 units, the middle sits at 4.61 €. What a German-speaking sales page charges is above that and is not part of this evaluation.

Will I really get German followers with this?

You get what the panel labels as German. 73 entries in the index name Germany explicitly; others cover it via a regional statement, which is something different and is also kept separate here. Whether the delivered accounts really sit in Germany cannot be read from any catalogue — not even by us.

Can Instagram block my profile because of it?

It is possible. The usual case is milder: the bought accounts are removed, and distribution falls because the interaction rate drops. Blocks more often hit profiles that buy repeatedly and on a large scale. The risk lies entirely with the account holder, regardless of where the order was placed.

What does refill mean in the offer texts?

The promise to top up followers who have dropped off once, within a stated deadline. It can only be triggered yourself if the technical field of the interface also reports refill; if it appears only in the name, the top-up goes via support.

How long does a delivery take?

That is stated on the offer, provided the panel gives it: start time and daily output are structured fields, not advertising claims. Immediate start and staggered delivery over several days are both common; staggered is less conspicuous but takes correspondingly longer.

Will anyone notice that followers were bought?

Anyone who watches the ratio of follower count to reactions usually recognises it. A sudden jump in the trend and accounts without profile and posts are the usual hints. The platform itself also sees signals that nobody has from outside.

Does the comparison also apply to TikTok, YouTube or Twitch?

Yes. The same catalogues cover 1 service classes, from TikTok followers through YouTube views to Twitch viewers; this page is limited to Instagram followers. The comparison across all panels shows the full scope.

Do I have to hand over my password?

No, and such a request is a reason to stop. For followers the public profile name is enough; anything beyond that is account takeover, not an ordering process.

How old are the prices on this page?

They come from the catalogue extracts as of 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC. The oldest contributing extract is always the one shown, so that no figure looks fresher than it is. Panel catalogues change several times a day.
