How prices are created

  • Prices directly from the panels' catalogue interfaces, as of 31/10/2026. Converted at the ECB rate rate of 30/10/2026; the panels list their prices in US dollars.
  • Each price is calculated for your quantity. The ranking is by price — partner links do not change it.
  • Panels on the shitlist are excluded from answers and selection.
  • ✓ green: confirmed by the panel API. Everything else only appears in the panel's title.

What is watchtime, and why is it not a view count?

Watchtime is playback duration counted in hours, not the number of views. A watchtime catalogue entry therefore does not deliver "this many clicks" but "this many hours of playback in total" — spread across any number of individual views that the panel generates itself. That is why this product sits in its own product group rather than being just a variant of views.

The reason behind the demand is almost always the same: to join the Partner Programme, YouTube requires 4.000 hours of public watch time within the last 12 months, in addition to 1.000 subscribers. This threshold is a number of hours, not a number of views — which is why the German-speaking market consistently says "Watchtime" for this product rather than "Aufrufe" or "Views". In YouTube Studio itself, the same measure is called "Wiedergabezeit"; that is the word for the analytics, "Watchtime" is the word for the purchase.

Because an hour of watch time per view can only arise with a sufficiently long video, the catalogue entries almost without exception require a minimum length for the video being ordered for — shorter videos drop out of the orderable inventory, regardless of budget. If you are looking for a plain view count instead, YouTube views is the right choice.

Two products, two units of measure

Both columns come from the same catalogues. The price difference between them is the reason this page exists at all.

Is purchased watchtime worth it?

4.000 hours is the threshold, and it comes with two conditions no price can get around. The first is the minimum length of the video being ordered for: some catalogues require at least 45 minutes of playback length, and a shorter video drops out of the orderable inventory regardless of budget. The second is origin: German watchtime is not offered by any catalogue in this index — 0 entries in the entire watchtime inventory name Germany as the target country.

This page delivers 57 orderable entries from 11 panels, with base price, quantity limits and date — not a purchase recommendation, but the numbers behind it.

At the cheapest base price of 13.79 € per 1.000 hours, the full threshold of 4.000 hours alone costs four times that — before minimum order, increment and the two conditions above.

Whether the purchase is worthwhile depends almost entirely on whether the threshold is the actual goal. If you only want to reach admission to the Partner Program and nothing else, you are buying a number that is meant exactly for that. If you instead expect purchased watchtime to change anything about real viewer retention or algorithmic distribution, you are buying past the point — YouTube checks both against the same detection that also removes purchased views again.

Whether a real viewer sits behind a purchased hour cannot be read from the catalogue. Quality claims such as "real viewers" or "organic" remain the seller's own statements, and with this product the temptation is strong to get around the check with as realistic playback behaviour as possible — which still changes nothing about the fact that in the end no real audience is watching.

What watchtime does to delivery

What watchtime does to distribution

YouTube distributes videos based on several metrics, and average view duration is among the most important. Purchased watchtime that stays in place before the platform's check temporarily lifts this metric — and that is precisely why YouTube actively detects purchased playback and subtracts it again before it feeds into analytics and distribution.

If the check only comes after a while, damage still remains: your own analytics for the affected period become unusable, because average values then refer to a population in which some part never actually watched. The error cannot be calculated out, because it remains unknown which playback was purchased.

For the Partner Program threshold itself, only what remains after the check counts anyway. An order that is removed entirely brings admission no closer — it only costs money.

How the comparison is made

How the comparison is put together

How we read, classify and convert catalogues — and what this comparison cannot do: Method.

Data as of 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC; the oldest contributing catalogue export is decisive. Panel catalogues change several times a day, and older figures from this niche are quickly wrong.

Involved are Cloutsy, FiveBBC, DripFeedPanel, SMMFlare, YTBot, APISeller, Auto SMM Panel, FansSuply, JungleSMM, Marketerum, SMMExclusive, Stream-Promotion, SMM-1, CrazyPanel, JingleSMM, Solid SMM, InstantPanel, PureSMM, FullSMM, MagnetBoosting, MegaVirality, SMMShiba, SMMTalk, SocNet and Viewsta. The stated status is set by Cloutsy as the oldest deduction; the newer deductions do not move it forward, because a figure cannot be more current than its oldest component.

The catalogue does not stand still between two deductions. Since 31/10/2026, 1 entries in this scope have a different base price than before, of which 0 went up and 1 went down; 0 rows have been newly added and 0 have disappeared from the catalogues. The date given is the oldest of these earlier deductions, so the row does not claim a freshness its slowest component does not have.

Comparison is only made across panels that have a second deduction at all; their number is 15 and is not the number of indexed panels, because a newly added provider has no history yet. As long as this second deduction is missing, nothing is shown here — a zero would mean "nothing has moved", and that is a measurement, not a gap.

What the price actually tells you

What the price really tells you

For watchtime, the reliable base price in the index starts at 13.79 € per 1.000 hours, with the middle of the field at 28.93 €. Both figures are purchase prices at wholesale level and not what a German-speaking sales page charges for it.

Watchtime is the most expensive product category in the entire YouTube range, well ahead of followers, comments and any view count, and the gap to views is not a rounding error. One hour of playback takes, even roughly calculated, many times the clicks that make up an ordinary view count — every single play has to run long enough to count as an hour at all, rather than merely being registered as a click. The base price reflects exactly this difference in production.

A low base price only becomes a low final price when your quantity fits the entry — and with watchtime, the minimum video length is a second condition that makes an offer for a short video unusable from the start, no matter how cheap the base price looks.

German-speaking shops often sell this product in fixed package tiers at a one-off price rather than by quantity. That makes direct comparison harder, but does not change the fact that behind every package is the same catalogue price per 1.000 hours.

  • Zero prices appear in the raw catalogues, but they are not prices — they are almost always placeholder or test entries from the panels. In this scope that is 0 rows; they feed into no minimum, median or from-figure.
  • 0 entries state quantity limits that are technical placeholders rather than orderable sizes. They stay in the list but do not count as a real order limit.
  • The stated euro amount is derived from the catalogue's dollar price at a rate of 0.8951 euro per dollar, as of 30/10/2026. The dollar value remains visible on the offer so you can check the sum yourself with your own rate.

Promise in the title, field in the interface

A catalogue entry carries two kinds of statement. The name holds the sales arguments: minimum video length, refill window, daily output, quality tier. Alongside, the same interface supplies sober fields that state whether refill, dripfeed and cancellation are technically provided for. The name describes the offer, the field describes the ordering route.

For watchtime, a refill promise is of particular importance, because YouTube's review applies more strictly here than to simple views: hours that do not look like genuine viewing are reliably removed. A refill window in the title mainly says that the supplier is willing to replace the removed portion once — not that the original number will remain.

The number of offers in the scope where the panel itself reports the refill field as set is 1, and there replenishment runs without a ticket. If the promise appears only in the title, the route goes through the panel's support rather than through a button.

Country labelling for watchtime

Country targeting for watchtime

Watchtime offers also carry country labels, and behind them stand two different statements. An entry can explicitly name Germany as its target country, or it can name a region that includes Germany. We keep both separate — 0 entries in the index name Germany itself.

With a metric like watchtime, origin matters more than with a pure count: the algorithm infers from the audience watching a video whom to show it to next. An audience whose origin does not fit the channel's language shifts exactly this inference — and the purchased watch time then becomes not just ineffective, but a signal pointing in the wrong direction.

A "Worldwide" label is not a country commitment. It describes the absence of a restriction, not the presence of German viewers.

Rules, risks and payment

YouTube's terms of service explicitly prohibit artificial access, and its policies on invalid traffic expressly cover purchased watch time too. Enforcement happens within the product: hours are removed from the count and, in persistent cases, a channel is removed from or restricted in the Partner Program. Ordering is not a criminal offence in Germany, but it is a breach of contract — the risk lies with the channel owner.

This is especially consequential for this type of product because it targets an eligibility threshold directly: if an application to the Partner Program is assessed on the basis of hours that are later removed and corrected, the eligibility itself is in question, not just a single metric.

Payment happens at the panel, not with us. Typically this is a credit account: you top up an amount and order from it. Which payment methods exist and how refunds are handled is up to the panel; since we do not place orders, we cannot say anything reliable about it.

A panel never needs your password. For watchtime, the public video address is enough. Any request to enter login credentials is a reason to stop, regardless of how cheap the offer looks.

Outgoing links to the panels are partner links. This does not change the order: sorting is by calculated price, before any link even exists.

What works instead

This is not a guide to organic growth. For completeness, here is the context, because it belongs to the price question.

The compliant way to generate watch time with money is the platform's advertising. It costs many times more per minute reached, but breaks no rules and counts toward the same Partner Program threshold without detours.

The route without money is slower, but lasting: longer, consistently structured videos, an opening that holds the first seconds, and topics that keep an audience for the full length. None of this can be ordered, and none of it is deducted again by a review.

Buying sits between the two and has the shortest-lived benefit. If it is still under consideration, then only with a video that actually meets the minimum length, and with the prices from above rather than those of a sales page.

Frequently asked questions

What does 1.000 hours of watchtime cost to buy wholesale?

At wholesale level, reliable base prices for watchtime start at 13.79 € per 1.000 hours, with mid-range offers at 28.93 € — noticeably above the price for 1.000 views, because one hour of playback takes many times the clicks that make up a view count.

Why is watchtime so much more expensive than views?

Because a different unit is being sold. Views count individual plays, while watchtime counts hours of actual playback — and each of those hours takes many times the clicks of an ordinary view count to produce at all. The base price reflects that difference in production, not a markup on the same product.

Is it legal in Germany to buy watchtime?

Placing the order is not a criminal offence. It is prohibited under the platform's terms of use, and enforcement happens within the product: the hours are removed from the count, and repeat cases lead to restrictions up to exclusion from the Partner Programme.

Does purchased watchtime count towards the Partner Programme threshold?

Only what survives YouTube's review counts at all. Hours that don't look like genuine viewing are reliably removed, and an application based on removed hours will not be approved — regardless of how much was ordered.

Does my video need a minimum length?

Usually, yes. Almost every catalogue entry requires a minimum video length, because one hour of playback per view simply cannot occur otherwise. Videos below that length drop out of the orderable range, regardless of budget.

How fast is delivery?

Start time and daily output are listed as fields on the offer, provided the panel reports them. Because producing an hour of playback is technically more demanding than a single view, delivery for this product is more often spread over several days than views are.

What does refill mean for watchtime?

The promise to replace removed hours once within a stated period. It can only be triggered yourself if the technical refill field of the interface is also set; if it only appears in the name, replacement runs through the panel's support.

How do I pay?

At the panel via a balance account: you top up an amount and order from it. Which payment methods are offered is decided by the panel, not by this comparison.

Will I get German viewers?

You get what the panel labels as German. 0 Entries in the index name Germany explicitly; others cover the country through a region setting, which is something different and is listed separately with us.

How up to date are the prices on this page?

They come from the catalogue snapshots dated 31/10/2026, 03:00 UTC. We always show the oldest contributing snapshot, so no figure looks fresher than it is. The catalogues themselves change several times a day.
